Supervise daily well site drilling and completion operations **Job Title:** Well Site Supervisor **Company:** Ozetko Energy Development **Location:** Salalah Free Zone Tower B, Salalah, Oman **Salary:** OMR 3,400 per month **Job Description:** Ozetko Energy Development is seeking an experienced and safety\-focused Well Site Supervisor to oversee drilling and well site operations in the Salalah Free Zone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising field activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining strict safety and environmental compliance standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily well site drilling and completion operations * Ensure all activities comply with safety, environmental, and operational standards * Coordinate with drilling engineers, contractors, and service providers * Monitor drilling progress and report operational status to management * Ensure proper execution of well programs and procedures * Identify and resolve operational issues in the field * Conduct safety briefings and enforce HSE policies on\-site * Maintain accurate daily operational reports and documentation **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling Engineering, or a related field * Proven experience in well site supervision or drilling operations * Strong knowledge of drilling procedures, rig operations, and well control * Excellent leadership, communication, and decision\-making skills * Ability to work in remote and high\-pressure field environments * Relevant well control certifications are an advantage **Benefits:** * Competitive salary of OMR 3,400 per month * Opportunity to work on major oil and gas drilling projects * Career growth and leadership development opportunities **How to Apply:** Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their updated CV and cover letter for consideration. نوع الوظيفة: دائم الراتب المدفوع: ﷼٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
