Role Overview We are seeking an accomplished **IT Security Director** to lead cybersecurity strategy, oversee enterprise security operations, and ensure compliance with global standards. This role requires strong leadership, advanced technical expertise, and the ability to align IT security initiatives with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities * **Cybersecurity Strategy**: Define and execute IT security roadmaps for resilience and compliance. * **Infrastructure Oversight**: Manage firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint security. * **Risk Management**: Identify vulnerabilities, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation plans. * **Incident Response**: Lead response teams during security breaches and ensure rapid recovery. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to ISO, GDPR, and regional cybersecurity regulations. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor and guide IT security professionals to achieve excellence. * **Vendor Collaboration**: Manage relationships with technology partners and service providers. * **Innovation**: Explore new technologies such as AI\-driven security and zero\-trust frameworks. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred). * 10\+ years of IT security experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or director\-level role. * Strong knowledge of **enterprise security platforms** (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.). * Expertise in cloud security, network defense, and identity management. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Proven ability to deliver IT security solutions in multinational or regional environments, ideally within the GCC.
