Manage disputes, claims, and litigation matters Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our real estate development company. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the real estate development sector and provide legal support across all company operations while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities * Draft, review, and negotiate development, construction, commercial, and corporate agreements. * Provide legal advice on real estate development projects, land acquisition, sales, and regulatory matters. * Ensure compliance with applicable laws and government regulations. * Liaise with government authorities, external legal firms, and stakeholders. * Identify legal risks and provide practical solutions to support the business. * Manage disputes, claims, and litigation matters. * Support contract administration throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB). Master's Degree is an advantage. * Minimum **10 years of legal experience**, including **at least 5 years in a real estate development company**. * Strong knowledge of real estate, construction, commercial, and corporate law. * Experience with development agreements, SPA, Usufruct Agreements, construction contracts, and FIDIC contracts is preferred. * **Russian\-speaking candidates are preferred.** * Fluency in English is required. Arabic is an advantage. * Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters.
