Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic **Retail Tech Operations Lead** to oversee technology\-driven retail operations, manage digital platforms, and ensure seamless integration of IT systems with business processes. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to align retail technology with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities * **Retail Systems Management**: Oversee POS, ERP, and inventory management systems. * **Digital Transformation**: Drive initiatives to modernize retail operations through technology. * **System Integration**: Ensure seamless connectivity between retail platforms, supply chain, and finance systems. * **Data Analytics**: Monitor KPIs, analyze customer behavior, and provide actionable insights. * **Cybersecurity**: Safeguard sensitive customer and business data. * **Process Optimization**: Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience. * **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor IT staff to deliver high\-quality support and innovation. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). * 8\+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in retail technology operations leadership. * Strong knowledge of **retail platforms** (Oracle Retail, SAP Retail, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). * Experience with cloud services, mobile commerce solutions, and omnichannel retail systems. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Proven ability to deliver IT solutions in multinational or regional retail environments, ideally within the GCC.
