Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Financial Systems Analyst** to manage, optimize, and support financial technology platforms. This role requires strong analytical expertise, technical proficiency, and the ability to align financial systems with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities * **Systems Management**: Oversee ERP, financial reporting, and accounting systems. * **Process Optimization**: Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. * **Data Analysis**: Provide insights through reporting, dashboards, and predictive analytics. * **System Integration**: Ensure seamless connectivity between finance, HR, and supply chain platforms. * **Compliance**: Ensure systems meet regulatory and audit requirements. * **Collaboration**: Work closely with finance, IT, and operations teams. * **Innovation**: Introduce new tools and frameworks to strengthen financial systems. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred). * 7\+ years of experience in financial systems analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior role. * Strong knowledge of **ERP platforms** (SAP, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics). * Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and financial reporting software. * Excellent analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Proven ability to deliver financial systems solutions in multinational or regional environments, ideally within the GCC.
