This position carries a net tax\-free monthly allocation of OMR 1,890, a figure that is fully inclusive of premium regional housing provisions, executive transport subsidies, and complete corporate medical benefits. Onyx Facilities Management oversees a premium portfolio of commercial high\-rises, corporate complexes, and retail developments throughout the Dhofar Governorate. We are actively retaining a technically elite, highly assertive Senior Building Services Coordinator to command our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) asset lifecycles and physical plant operations. Operating directly from our Salalah hub, you will take absolute structural accountability for plant runtime optimization, preventative engineering compliance, and vendor performance metrics. **Target Areas of Operational Control** To maintain our portfolio's structural integrity, you will direct the continuous optimization of localized HVAC, chiller networks, high\-voltage sub\-stations, and critical fire\-suppression systems, ensuring zero operational downtime. You will architect, implement, and track rigorous preventative maintenance schedules through our enterprise asset software, shifting site teams from reactive repair loops to predictive maintenance strategies. Financially, your role involves auditing building energy consumption, executing resource\-conservation initiatives, and strictly governing third\-party facility vendor contracts to maximize OpEx efficiency. You will also serve as our primary regulatory liaison, certifying that all physical plant infrastructure meets Omani Civil Defense standards, environmental mandates, and occupational safety codes. **The Professional Validation Profile** Commanding this infrastructure footprint requires a performance\-driven engineering professional who presents a minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive, hands\-on experience directing MEP systems or large\-scale building services within a high\-tier commercial facilities management or property development environment. * **Academic Base:** A formal bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management is required. * **Technical Software:** Deep operational proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and advanced Building Management Systems (BMS) is mandatory. * **Linguistic Skill:** Flawless professional English reporting literacy is an absolute necessity to draft technical asset lifecycles and compliance briefs.
