Based on its philosophy of turning ideas into reality, Green Timber continues to achieve excellence in crafting unique and functional spaces. **Role Description** This is a full\-time on\-site role for a Fitouts Supervisor located in Muscat. The Fitouts Supervisor will oversee the execution of interior fit\-out projects, ensuring that work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising teams in production, creating project shop drawings, budgets and estimates, managing project timelines, coordinating with contractors and vendors, supervising and coordinating with teams on\-site and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The role involves closely monitoring project progress and ensuring a seamless execution in alignment with client expectations. **Qualifications** * Project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation * Create project estimates (includes materials and labour) * Strong ability to plan, supervise, and coordinate site teams and contractors * Knowledge of fit\-out processes, woodworking, and manufacturing best practices * Familiarity with MEP integration and design execution details * Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality assurance procedures * Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions * Problem\-solving skills with the ability to address project challenges efficiently * Proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD, project management applications, or other design\-related software is an advantage * Previous experience in residential or commercial fit\-outs is highly desirable Pay: RO300\.000 \- RO450\.000 per month Experience: * Interior Fit\-Out: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: * Oman Driving License (Required) Work Location: In person
