Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Treasury Manager** to oversee cash management, optimize liquidity, and manage financial risks. This role requires strong analytical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to align treasury operations with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities * **Cash Management**: Oversee daily cash flow, banking relationships, and liquidity planning. * **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including FX and interest rate exposures. * **Investment Oversight**: Manage short\-term investments and optimize returns on surplus funds. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, IFRS standards, and corporate governance. * **Forecasting**: Develop cash flow forecasts and support strategic financial planning. * **Collaboration**: Partner with finance, operations, and executive leadership to align treasury strategy. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor treasury staff and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. * 8\+ years of experience in treasury management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of **treasury frameworks** and GCC financial environments. * Expertise in cash flow forecasting, risk management, and investment oversight. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional financial organizations preferred.
