This role is ideal for a professional with 1–2 years of experience who is ready to manage daily financial operations and support the growth of a dynamic shipping agency. **Immediate joiners are preferred.** **Key Responsibilities** The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Core duties include: * **Financial Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate daily accounting records and log all financial transactions promptly. * **Accounts Management:** Handle the end\-to\-end processes for both **Accounts Payable (AP)** and **Accounts Receivable (AR)**. * **Documentation:** Prepare and manage essential financial documents, including invoices, vouchers, and comprehensive financial reports. * **Reconciliation \& Tracking:** Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor company expenses to ensure budget adherence. * **Month\-End Support:** Assist the finance team in monthly closing activities and the preparation of monthly reporting packages. * **Cross\-Departmental Coordination:** Collaborate with operations and management teams to streamline financial workflows. * **Compliance:** Ensure all financial activities and reporting comply with established company policies and local financial regulations. **Candidate Requirements** * **Experience:** 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (experience in the Maritime or Logistics industry is a plus). * **Skills:** Strong understanding of general accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software, and high attention to detail. * **Availability:** Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
