To strengthen our finance team in Muscat, we are seeking a detail\-oriented **Accounts Payable Clerk** to support daily accounting operations. Role Overview The **Accounts Payable Clerk** will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. This role requires accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments. * Verify accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies. * Maintain accounts payable records and documentation. * Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare reports. * Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to streamline processes. * Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. * Assist with month\-end closing and audits. * Provide support to the finance team as needed. Qualifications * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems. * Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (ERP experience preferred). * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Strong communication and problem\-solving abilities. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
