Role Overview The **Admin Finance Officer** will be responsible for managing day\-to\-day administrative tasks and financial processes, ensuring compliance and supporting strategic decision\-making. This role requires strong organizational skills, financial knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily administrative and finance operations. * Process invoices, payments, and expense claims. * Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. * Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. * Support audits and provide necessary documentation. * Coordinate with HR, procurement, and operations teams for smooth workflow. * Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in finance and administrative roles. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and office management practices. * Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/ERP software. * Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
