What You’ll Do * Provide first\-line and second\-line technical support to internal users and clients * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals * Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access * Respond to helpdesk tickets via email, chat, and ticketing system * Support Windows OS, basic networking, and common business applications * Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required * Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions What We’re Looking For * Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles (entry to mid\-level accepted) * Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking * Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware/software issues * Good communication and problem\-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast\-paced support environment * Customer\-focused attitude and patience in handling technical issues Work Schedule * Full\-time position * Standard office hours (Sunday–Thursday) * Based on\-site in Muscat office Why Join Intelev SSR Solutions?
