The ideal candidate will assist in daily accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with company procedures. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in day\-to\-day accounting and bookkeeping activities * Record financial transactions and maintain proper documentation * Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts * Support accounts payable and receivable processes * Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash management * Maintain supplier and customer account records * Support payroll data preparation and expense tracking * Assist in monthly financial reporting and documentation filing * Coordinate with internal departments for financial information **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field * 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred (Freshers may also apply) * Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures * Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Good communication skills Job Type: Full\-time
