Role Overview The **Travel Finance Specialist** will be responsible for managing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision\-making within the travel and tourism sector. This role requires strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to align financial strategies with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities * Manage financial transactions related to travel bookings, packages, and services. * Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for travel operations. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. * Collaborate with travel consultants, operations, and procurement teams to optimize financial performance. * Monitor KPIs and provide insights to senior leadership. * Support audits and maintain accurate financial documentation. * Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. * Provide financial guidance to support new travel initiatives and partnerships. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * 5\+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within travel, tourism, or hospitality. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. * Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
