We are seeking an experienced **Building Maintenance Engineer** with strong expertise in **MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)** and **Civil works**. The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years of proven experience in building maintenance and engineering, ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and longevity of our facilities. Key Roles \& Responsibilities * Oversee and manage building maintenance activities across MEP and Civil systems. * Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. * Supervise repair works, renovations, and civil maintenance tasks. * Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality execution of works. * Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. * Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation for management review. * Provide technical guidance and support to the maintenance team. * Implement cost\-effective solutions while maintaining high\-quality standards. Qualifications \& Skills * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil). * 8–10 years of relevant experience in building maintenance engineering. * Strong knowledge of MEP systems, civil structures, and building services. * Hands\-on experience with maintenance planning and execution. * Excellent problem\-solving, organizational, and leadership skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
