Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Blockchain Strategy Lead** to define blockchain initiatives, oversee solution design, and align distributed ledger technologies with organizational goals. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to deliver scalable blockchain solutions that support sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities * **Blockchain Strategy**: Define and implement enterprise\-wide blockchain frameworks. * **Solution Architecture**: Design secure, scalable, and high\-performing blockchain solutions. * **Smart Contracts**: Oversee development and deployment of smart contracts for business processes. * **Risk Management**: Identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and blockchain governance frameworks. * **Collaboration**: Partner with executives, regulators, and technology teams to align blockchain strategy with business objectives. * **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as DeFi, NFTs, and Web3\. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor blockchain engineers and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 10\+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in blockchain strategy or architecture roles. * Strong knowledge of **blockchain frameworks** and GCC digital environments. * Expertise in Ethereum, Hyperledger, and other distributed ledger technologies. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional technology organizations preferred.
