Our Muscat office plays a central role in ensuring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance across diverse industries in the GCC. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **HSE Director** to lead health, safety, and environmental strategies, oversee compliance initiatives, and align HSE programs with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to foster a culture of safety and sustainability. Key Responsibilities * **HSE Strategy**: Define and implement enterprise\-wide HSE frameworks. * **Compliance Oversight**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and international safety protocols. * **Risk Management**: Identify hazards and develop mitigation strategies. * **Incident Response**: Lead investigations, corrective actions, and reporting for safety incidents. * **Training \& Awareness**: Develop and deliver HSE training programs across the organization. * **Sustainability Initiatives**: Drive environmental stewardship and sustainable practices. * **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with executives, regulators, and industry partners. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor HSE professionals and foster a culture of accountability and safety. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering. * 12\+ years of HSE management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. * Strong knowledge of **HSE frameworks** and GCC regulatory environments. * Expertise in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other international HSE standards. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional consulting or industrial organizations preferred.
