**We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team.** **Requirements:** * **5\-10 years of experience in civil construction, excavation, or related fields.** * **Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.** * **Strong knowledge of construction processes, excavation techniques, and safety regulations.** * **Proven experience in project management, scheduling, and budgeting.** * **Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.** * **Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.** * **Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.** **Responsibilities:** * **Plan, coordinate, and oversee civil and excavation projects from start to finish.** * **Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.** * **Supervise site activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.** * **Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.** * **Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and resolve issues as they arise.** * **Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.** * **Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.** Job Type: Full\-time
