Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Senior Reservoir Engineer** to lead reservoir evaluation, oversee simulation studies, and support field development planning. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to align reservoir strategies with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities * **Reservoir Evaluation**: Conduct reservoir characterization, volumetric analysis, and decline curve studies. * **Simulation Studies**: Develop and run reservoir simulation models to forecast production. * **Field Development**: Support planning and optimization of drilling and recovery strategies. * **Enhanced Recovery**: Evaluate EOR techniques and recommend implementation strategies. * **Risk Management**: Identify reservoir risks and propose mitigation measures. * **Collaboration**: Partner with geoscientists, drilling engineers, and production teams to align reservoir management with business goals. * **Reporting**: Prepare technical reports, production forecasts, and recommendations for leadership. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geoscience, or related field. * 10\+ years of reservoir engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role. * Strong knowledge of **reservoir engineering frameworks** and GCC oil \& gas environments. * Expertise in reservoir simulation software (Eclipse, CMG, Petrel RE). * Excellent analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional oil \& gas organizations preferred.
