Collaborate with clients, project managers, and contractors Job Overview Reformas Integrales is seeking a creative and detail\-oriented **Interior Designer** to lead full\-scale residential and commercial renovation projects. In this role, you will work closely with clients to translate their vision into functional, aesthetically pleasing spatial designs, oversee material selection, and collaborate with project managers and site contractors to bring concepts to life. Key Responsibilities * Develop interior design concepts, space planning layouts, and detailed 2D/3D visualizations for renovation and fit\-out projects. * Select and source materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and color schemes that align with design concepts and client budgets. * Prepare comprehensive design proposals, mood boards, material boards, and technical drawings for client presentation. * Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure execution matches approved design specifications. * Manage client consultations, present design ideas, and make adjustments based on client feedback and site constraints. * Conduct site visits to assess space dimensions, monitor installation progress, and resolve design\-related challenges on site. Requirements \& Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. * 3\+ years of experience in interior design, spatial planning, or interior renovation projects. * High proficiency in design and rendering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite). * Strong knowledge of materials, construction detailing, interior finishing, and building codes. * Excellent presentation, client\-facing, and communication skills.
