**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly creative and experienced **Senior Interior Designer** to lead the conceptualization and design development of our fit\-out projects. The ideal candidate will be a visionary with a strong technical foundation, capable of transforming client aspirations into stunning, functional, and buildable designs. You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle, from initial concept to overseeing implementation on\-site, ensuring the highest level of creativity and precision. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Creative \& Conceptual Leadership:** * Lead client consultations to understand needs, lifestyle, and business objectives. * Develop innovative and compelling design concepts, mood boards, and thematic presentations. * Provide creative direction and inspire the design team. * **Design Development \& Technical Execution:** * Produce and oversee the production of high\-quality **2D CAD drawings** (space plans, layouts, detailed drawings). * Create and manage photorealistic **3D visualizations**, renderings, and walkthroughs to present design intent. * Develop comprehensive design packages including material palettes, FF\&E (Furniture, Fixtures \& Equipment) specifications, and custom joinery details. * Ensure all designs are practical, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with fit\-out methodologies. * **Project \& Client Management:** * Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. * Present design concepts and detailed proposals to clients and stakeholders with confidence. * Liaise closely with the Project Management and Site Engineering teams to ensure design integrity is maintained during execution. * Conduct site visits to supervise implementation and resolve any design\-related issues. * **Vendor \& Resource Coordination:** * Source and select materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories. * Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and artisans. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum **5\+ years** of proven experience as an Interior Designer, specifically within the **high\-end interior design and fit\-out industry in the GCC**. * **Portfolio:** A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in **concept design, 2D technical drawings, and 3D visualizations** for completed fit\-out projects. * **Nationality:** Must be an **Arab National or Omani National** . * **Skills:** Mastery of design software (e.g., **AutoCAD, 3ds Max \+ V\-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite**). * **Personal Attribute:** Must be highly **creative** with an exceptional eye for detail, color, materials, and spatial composition. * **Licensing \& Transport:** **Must hold a valid local driving license and have own car** for client meetings, site visits, and supplier coordination. * **Availability:** Candidates who **can join immediately** are strongly preferred. * **Gender:** We are Considering both Male and Female Candidates for this position. **Preferred Qualifications:** * A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture. * Excellent communication and presentation skills in **English and Arabic**. * In\-depth knowledge of GCC market trends, materials, and cultural aesthetics. * Strong understanding of fit\-out construction techniques and costs. * **Candidate applying for the position should be in Oman.** **How to Apply:** Interested candidates who meet **all mandatory requirements** are requested to submit the resumes through email at **projects@sectors\-oman.com** Job Type: Full\-time Application Question(s): * Candidates must be Arab National/Omani Nationality.
