Report immediately on matters that might affect the project goals.\n* Ensure all dealings with Client, Vendors and other external stakeholders are professional and in line with ethos of the business.\n* Communicate with the Construction Superintendent and provide weekly reports, updates and feedback with regards to the construction to ensure productivity is in line with schedule and time constraints.\n* Comply with instructions given for your own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures.\n* Ensure the safety of the construction site by conducting regular inspections and publish the findings.\n* Govern the Earthworks construction team to ensure compliance to Company and Client policies, procedures and guidelines.\n\n\nThe expertise you'll bring\n\n* Technical certificate / higher education qualification, diploma or diploma in construction management (desirable) or equivalent experience in the industry.\n* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisor role (civil/earthworks works) in mineral processing and/or related industries in international projects.
