This role is strictly performance\-based. This position is fully performance\- and results\-oriented. We operate on written reporting, clear KPIs, and strict deadline compliance. If you are not comfortable working within a structured reporting system and periodic performance evaluation, this position is not suitable for you. Core Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Ensuring projects are completed within agreed timelines * Providing written confirmation upon completion of each project * Submitting structured weekly written reports * Providing documented evidence (photos, email records, confirmation letters) for each project milestone * Continuously acquiring and signing new vendors and corporate rental partners * Developing partnership networks and expanding the customer base * Notifying management in writing of any delays prior to deadline expiration * Delivering measurable performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress and growth Verbal updates are insufficient; all work must be formally documented.
