Champion local talent development and Omanisation advocacy **The Mandate** Bhadotri Talent Solutions is seeking a high\-performing Senior Technical Recruiter to join our core consulting team in Al Khuwair. As a premier talent partner in the Sultanate, we manage complex hiring mandates for the tech, engineering, and energy sectors. We are looking for a recruitment specialist who doesn't just "fill seats" but understands the underlying technology and can navigate the unique nuances of the Omani talent landscape to deliver elite\-level candidates. **Core Responsibilities** * **End\-to\-End Technical Sourcing:** Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized roles (Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Data Science, and Technical Project Management), utilizing advanced Boolean search and headhunting techniques. * **Strategic Talent Mapping:** Build and maintain deep pipelines of technical talent both within the Sultanate and internationally, ensuring a steady flow of pre\-qualified candidates. * **Stakeholder Management:** Act as a strategic advisor to client hiring managers, helping them define technical requirements, salary benchmarking, and realistic hiring timelines. * **Omanisation Advocacy:** Champion local talent development by identifying and placing high\-potential Omani nationals in technical roles, ensuring compliance with Ministry of Labour targets. * **Technical Vetting:** Conduct initial technical screenings to assess candidate competency beyond the CV, ensuring only the top 5% of talent reaches the interview stage. * **Offer Negotiation:** Lead the closing process, including complex salary negotiations, relocation logistics, and contract finalization. **Professional Profile** * Minimum **6–8 years** of experience in recruitment, with at least **3 years** specifically focused on technical/IT roles. * Proven track record in a third\-party agency or high\-growth internal recruitment environment. * Deep understanding of the Omani Labour Law and current Omanisation trends. * Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow). * Exceptional communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage for stakeholder liaison. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. **Package \& Benefits** * Fixed Monthly Salary: **OMR 1,400**. * Full company sponsorship and Oman residency permit. * Comprehensive health insurance. * Annual flight allowance to home country. * Performance\-based commission structure. * Opportunity to work in a dynamic, high\-growth talent consultancy. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٬٤٠٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
