Supervise environmental engineers and technical personnel Job Summary: Responsible for managing environmental engineering projects and teams while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, sustainability objectives, and industry standards. The role oversees environmental assessments, engineering solutions, regulatory compliance, and environmental improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage environmental engineering projects from planning through completion. Develop environmental strategies, programs, budgets, schedules, and technical plans. Supervise environmental engineers, scientists, consultants, and technical personnel. Conduct and oversee environmental impact assessments, site investigations, and compliance audits. Develop solutions for pollution control, wastewater treatment, air quality, waste management, and environmental remediation. Ensure projects comply with applicable environmental laws, permits, regulations, and standards. Review environmental engineering designs, calculations, technical reports, and specifications. Monitor environmental performance and identify potential risks and areas for improvement. Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, consultants, clients, and community stakeholders. Develop and implement environmental management and monitoring programs. Investigate environmental incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Manage environmental permits, regulatory submissions, inspections, and documentation. Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, progress reports, and management presentations. Evaluate new environmental technologies and recommend cost\-effective and sustainable solutions. Establish quality assurance and quality control procedures for environmental engineering activities. Support sustainability, climate, resource efficiency, and environmental improvement initiatives. Mentor and develop environmental engineering staff and promote professional best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Professional engineering license is preferred or required depending on local regulations. 5–8\+ years of experience in environmental engineering, consulting, compliance, or related fields. Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, permitting, pollution control, and environmental management systems. Experience with environmental impact assessments, remediation, wastewater, air quality, or waste management is an advantage. Strong project management, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in environmental modeling, engineering software, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of ISO 14001 and sustainability standards is an advantage. Pay: RO1,500\.000 per month Work Location: In person
