Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Compliance Director** to lead enterprise compliance initiatives, oversee regulatory frameworks, and align governance strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and the ability to deliver robust compliance solutions that protect assets and enhance business performance. Key Responsibilities * **Compliance Strategy**: Define and implement enterprise\-wide compliance frameworks. * **Regulatory Oversight**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and corporate governance requirements. * **Risk Management**: Identify compliance risks and propose mitigation strategies. * **Policy Development**: Establish and maintain internal policies and procedures. * **Audit Coordination**: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure transparency. * **Training \& Awareness**: Lead compliance training programs to foster a culture of accountability. * **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of digital compliance tools and predictive analytics. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor compliance professionals and build a resilient governance team. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. * 12\+ years of compliance management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. * Strong knowledge of **compliance frameworks** and GCC regulatory environments. * Expertise in corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. * Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem\-solving skills. * Experience in industrial or multinational organizations preferred.
