The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries across digital platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring smooth order processing, and delivering excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Customer Interaction \& Sales Conversion Manage and respond promptly to customer inquiries across: * WhatsApp * Facebook * Instagram Engage professionally with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed sales through effective communication and follow\-ups Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business Order Management \& Processing Handle complete order lifecycle including: * Order confirmation * Invoice coordination (if required) * Coordination with warehouse/logistics team Ensure accurate and timely processing of all online orders Track order status and ensure smooth delivery within committed timelines Resolve any order\-related issues proactively Customer Service \& Support Handle customer complaints efficiently and provide appropriate solutions Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality Follow up with customers post\-purchase for feedback and relationship building Maintain professionalism and brand tone in all communications Key Responsibilities * Strong understanding of sales strategies including lead conversion, upselling, and cross\-selling techniques * Ability to analyze customer behavior and recommend products based on needs and preferences * Engage with customers professionally to understand their needs and convert inquiries into sales * Process and manage website orders, including: * Order confirmation * Coordination with warehouse/logistics * Ensuring timely order fulfillment * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions * Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business * Support marketing campaigns and promotions on social media platforms Basic Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in e\-commerce, sales, or customer service * Good written and verbal communication skills * Experience using Microsoft Office (2 Year Experience) * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment * Team player with a positive attitude Language Requirements * English: Mandatory (written and verbal communication) * Arabic: Added advantage / plus point Salary \& Benefits * Basic Salary: OMR 150 – 250 * Additional: Sales Commission based on performance Pay: RO150\.000 \- RO250\.000 per month Work Location: In person
