Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Instrumentation \& Control Manager** to lead automation initiatives, oversee control systems, and align engineering strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver safe, efficient, and innovative instrumentation solutions. Key Responsibilities * **Instrumentation Strategy**: Define and implement enterprise\-wide instrumentation frameworks. * **Control Systems**: Oversee design, installation, and maintenance of control systems for industrial and financial operations. * **Automation**: Drive adoption of advanced automation technologies to improve efficiency. * **Risk Management**: Identify system risks and propose mitigation strategies. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and safety protocols. * **Collaboration**: Partner with IT, engineering, and operations teams to align control systems with strategic objectives. * **Innovation Leadership**: Introduce emerging technologies such as IoT, AI\-driven monitoring, and smart sensors. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor engineers and foster a culture of accountability and technical excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering. * 10\+ years of instrumentation and control experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of **instrumentation frameworks** and GCC industrial environments. * Expertise in PLCs, DCS, SCADA systems, and advanced automation tools. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional engineering or fintech organizations preferred.
