Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Investment Director** to lead corporate investment initiatives, oversee portfolio management, and align financial strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and the ability to deliver robust investment solutions that maximize returns while managing risk. Key Responsibilities * **Investment Strategy**: Define and implement enterprise\-wide investment frameworks. * **Portfolio Management**: Oversee diversified portfolios across technology, infrastructure, and growth sectors. * **Risk Management**: Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies. * **Market Analysis**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, IFRS, and international financial standards. * **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with regulators, auditors, and internal teams to align investment goals with business objectives. * **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of digital finance tools, automation, and predictive analytics. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor finance professionals and foster a culture of accountability and excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (CFA, CPA, or ACCA preferred). * 12\+ years of investment management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. * Strong knowledge of **investment frameworks** and GCC financial environments. * Expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, and risk management. * Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem\-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional technology or investment organizations preferred.
