Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Operations Excellence Manager** to lead process improvement initiatives, oversee performance optimization, and align operational strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and the ability to deliver efficiency and excellence across logistics and equipment operations. Key Responsibilities * **Operational Strategy**: Define and implement frameworks for operational excellence. * **Process Improvement**: Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives. * **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs, service levels, and operational metrics. * **Risk Management**: Identify operational risks and propose mitigation strategies. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and safety protocols. * **Collaboration**: Partner with supply chain, finance, and technology teams to align operations with strategic objectives. * **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of digital logistics tools, automation, and smart technologies. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor operations staff and foster a culture of accountability and excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 10\+ years of operations management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of **logistics frameworks** and GCC industrial environments. * Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and digital transformation in logistics. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional logistics organizations preferred.
