Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Treasury Manager** to lead cash management, oversee banking relationships, and align treasury strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong financial expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver robust treasury solutions that support growth and resilience. Key Responsibilities * **Cash Management**: Oversee daily cash flow, liquidity planning, and forecasting. * **Banking Relationships**: Manage partnerships with local and international banks. * **Risk Management**: Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies. * **Investment Oversight**: Optimize short\-term investments and funding strategies. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, IFRS, and corporate governance frameworks. * **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs, treasury metrics, and operational efficiency. * **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of digital treasury tools, automation, and predictive analytics. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor finance professionals and foster a culture of accountability and excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CFA, CPA, or ACCA preferred). * 8\+ years of treasury or financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of **treasury frameworks** and GCC financial environments. * Expertise in cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and risk mitigation. * Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem\-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional healthcare or industrial organizations preferred.
