Opportunity to shape the culture of a leading media boutique **The Mandate** La Boutique Du Media is seeking a strategic and commercially\-minded HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our creative hub in Salalah. In this role, you will act as a dedicated consultant to our leadership team, bridging the gap between business objectives and people management. We are looking for an HR professional who understands the unique pulse of the media industry and can foster an environment where creativity and operational discipline coexist. **Core Responsibilities** * **Strategic Partnership:** Work closely with department heads to align HR initiatives with business goals, providing expert advice on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. * **Creative Talent Acquisition:** Lead the recruitment of specialized media talent—from videographers and editors to creative directors—ensuring a pipeline of top\-tier local and international talent. * **Performance \& Culture:** Drive the performance management cycle, fostering a high\-feedback culture that encourages innovation while maintaining accountability and project deadlines. * **Omanisation \& Community Engagement:** Spearhead local talent development in the Dhofar region, building partnerships with universities and training centers to identify and mentor Omani creative professionals. * **Employee Relations \& Advocacy:** Act as a trusted advisor to employees, resolving complex relations issues with empathy and ensuring a fair, inclusive workplace in line with Omani Labour Law. * **Operational Excellence:** Oversee the implementation of HR policies and benefits programs specifically tailored to the flexible and fast\-paced nature of the media sector. **Professional Profile** * Minimum **8–10 years** of experience in Human Resources, with at least **3 years** in an HRBP or advisory capacity. * Proven experience in the media, advertising, or creative industries is highly preferred. * Deep knowledge of the **Omani Labour Law** and a strong understanding of the Dhofar regional market. * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. * **Bilingual Proficiency:** Professional fluency in **English and Arabic** is essential for this location and sector. * Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, or Business Administration. **Package \& Benefits** * Fixed Monthly Salary: **OMR 1,850**. * Full company sponsorship and residency permit in Salalah. * Comprehensive health insurance. * Annual flight allowance and statutory leave. * The opportunity to shape the culture of a leading media boutique in one of Oman’s most scenic locations. نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٬٨٥٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
