Leads service desk as final escalation point for complex technical issues **IT Operations Administrator (Service Continuity)** **Organization:** ISPL Tech Services **Location:** ISPL Tower, Wattayah, Muscat **Remuneration:** OMR 2,200 per month (Total Package) **The Operational Mission** Based at the ISPL Tower in Wattayah, ISPL Tech Services is looking for an IT Operations Administrator to ensure the seamless performance of our core technical services. This is a foundational role focused on the "always\-on" nature of our infrastructure. You will be the primary guardian of our system uptime, managing the delicate balance between rapid deployment and rock\-solid stability in one of Muscat’s key technical hubs. **Infrastructure DNA \& Responsibilities** * **System Health Governance:** Proactively monitor and manage server environments and network performance, ensuring zero\-latency operations for all ISPL Tower occupants. * **Active Resource Provisioning:** Oversee the deployment and configuration of hardware and virtualized assets, maintaining a highly scalable and responsive IT environment. * **Business Continuity Management:** Execute and refine disaster recovery protocols and routine backup schedules to safeguard enterprise data against localized disruptions. * **Service Desk Leadership:** Act as the final escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring that internal service level agreements (SLAs) are met with precision. **Professional Profile** * **Career Foundation:** 5\+ years in IT operations or systems administration, with specific experience managing multi\-tenant environments in the GCC. * **Technical Stack:** Deep proficiency in Windows/Linux Server administration, virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper\-V), and basic cloud integration. * **Language Standards:** Advanced C2\-level proficiency in professional English is required for technical reporting and vendor management. * **Digital Updates:** Proficiency in using Loom to record system status walkthroughs and maintenance briefings for the management team. **Context \& Location** ISPL Tech Services offers a stable, high\-responsibility environment at the ISPL Tower.
