With a dedicated team of 200 employees and structured Marketing, Finance, and Operations departments, we pride ourselves on efficiency, quality, and a supportive work environment. Position Summary We are seeking a results\-driven and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily service delivery operations. This pivotal role involves leading a large team, managing resources effectively, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving operational excellence to support the continued growth of the company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills in a service\-oriented industry. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Direct and manage all facets of the operations department, ensuring all cleaning services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Team Management \& Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a large team of field supervisors and cleaning staff (200\+ employees). Oversee scheduling, performance reviews, and daily task delegation. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within current operational workflows and implement streamlined processes, systems, and best practices to enhance productivity and service quality. Resource Management: Manage equipment inventory, supplies procurement, and fleet logistics to ensure all teams have necessary resources while adhering to budget constraints. Client Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for major client operational concerns, ensuring high levels of client retention and satisfaction. Compliance \& Safety: Ensure all operations adhere to local health, safety, and environmental regulations. Foster a strong safety culture within the operations team. Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance department on budgeting and cost control initiatives, and with the Marketing department to ensure operational capacity aligns with sales targets. Qualifications and Skills Experience: Minimum of 5\+ years of experience in an operations management role, preferably within the cleaning, hospitality, facility management, or a related service industry. Leadership: Strong proven leadership and people management skills with experience managing large, diverse teams. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred. Skills: Excellent problem\-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with operational software and Microsoft Office Suite. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
