Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. * Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies). * Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system. * Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently. * Check on guests regularly to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. * Handle payments and return change or process card transactions. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area. * Assist with table setting, clearing, and resetting between guests. * Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time. * Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress is preferred but not required. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. * Good memory and attention to detail. * Team player with a positive attitude. * Basic math skills for handling payments. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Education:** * High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. * Hospitality or restaurant service training is a plus.
