Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area **Overview** **Hands\-on warehouse role responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods to ensure accurate, timely order fulfilment and safe warehouse operations.** Key responsibilities * Receive and inspect incoming deliveries; check goods against delivery notes and report discrepancies. * Unload/load vehicles safely and efficiently. * Pick and pack orders accurately according to packing lists and quality standards. * Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, hand truck); forklift operation preferred if certified. * Label, sort, and store stock in designated locations; maintain accurate inventory records. * Perform cycle counts and assist with stocktakes; update inventory systems. * Prepare goods for dispatch and coordinate with couriers/drivers. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area; follow health \& safety procedures. * Report damaged goods, shortages, and equipment faults to supervisors. * Assist with miscellaneous warehouse tasks and occasional overtime during peak periods. Requirements * Previous warehouse, logistics, or manual handling experience preferred but not required. * Ability to lift/move up to \[e.g., 20–25 kg] and stand for extended periods. * Basic numeracy and attention to detail for accurate picking and packing. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and safety rules. * Right to work in \[country/region]; background check if required.
