Solve complex engineering problems and optimize project efficiency **Position Overview:** A Senior Civil Engineer with an architectural specialization oversees complex civil and structural aspects of building projects. Lead architectural civil engineering projects in Oman and oversee project design, execution, and compliance, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to quality standards. **Job Description and Responsibilities:** * Lead the design and development of architectural civil engineering projects. * Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and construction methods. * Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. * Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and clients. * Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure compliance. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff. * Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. * Solve complex engineering problems and optimize project efficiency. * Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and documentation. * Demonstrate experience in both public and private projects * Prepare documents in conformance with company standards and quality control requirements **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. * Extensive experience with design software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, Revit, SAP2000, etc. * Proven project management skills. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving abilities. * Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Minimum 7years experience in construction and contracting projects, preferably in Oman or the Gulf region. **Preferred Skills:** Proven record of accomplishment of managing multiple projects successfully.
