Enforce strict compliance with safety and quality standards Laboratory Manager **Company:** AM Formaturas Lab **Job Type:** Full\-Time About the Role AM Formaturas Lab is seeking an organized and detail\-oriented Laboratory Manager to oversee daily technical operations, quality assurance, safety compliance, and team performance at our facility in Muscat. Key Responsibilities * **Operations Oversight:** Manage day\-to\-day laboratory workflows, sample processing schedules, and equipment utilization to meet delivery timelines. * **Quality \& Safety Assurance:** Enforce strict compliance with local safety standards, international testing regulations, and quality management protocols. * **Equipment Maintenance \& Calibration:** Oversee routine maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and inventory of laboratory instruments and consumables. * **Team Supervision:** Lead, schedule, and train laboratory technicians and support staff, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). * **Reporting \& Inventory:** Maintain accurate test logs, manage raw material inventory, and generate comprehensive analytical reports for leadership and clients. Qualifications * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Chemistry, Bio\-Engineering, Laboratory Science, or a related field. * **Experience:** 5 to 7 years of progressive laboratory experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity. * **Technical Skills:** Sound knowledge of laboratory information management systems (LIMS), ISO/quality standards, and equipment calibration techniques. * **Languages:** Professional fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٬١٥٠٫٠٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
