Canape is looking for an ambitious, confident, and motivated **Graduate Sales Trainee** to join our team as part of our three\-month paid Graduate Training Program. This role is designed for a recent graduate who wants to develop practical sales experience, build strong customer relationships, and learn how to identify opportunities and convert enquiries into business. What You’ll Be Doing * Communicate with potential and existing customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and face\-to\-face meetings. * Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable Canape services and packages. * Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and potential sales opportunities. * Generate new leads and identify potential individual and corporate customers. * Build and maintain professional relationships with customers. * Present and explain Canape’s services confidently and professionally. * Support corporate sales outreach and business development activities. * Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow\-ups, and sales results. * Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure customer requirements are communicated correctly. * Work towards individual and team sales targets. Skills \& Qualities We’re Looking For * Recent graduate in **Sales, Marketing, Business, Management**, or a related field. * Confident and professional communication skills. * Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities. * Comfortable speaking with new people and approaching potential customers. * Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs. * Persuasive and confident without being overly pushy. * Target\-driven and motivated by results. * Strong follow\-up and organisational skills. * Willingness to learn, take initiative, and accept feedback. * Good Arabic and English communication skills are an advantage. * Professional appearance and attitude when representing Canape. Training \& Career Opportunity This is a **paid, three\-month graduate training position** designed to provide practical experience in sales, customer relationship management, lead generation, and business development. Throughout the program, trainees will be evaluated based on their **performance, professionalism, initiative, customer relationships, and ability to generate and convert sales opportunities**.
