Develop and train new employees, fostering a welcoming guest experience Head Barista/ Cafe Manager for a newly opening cafe in Muscat, Oman. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista cum Manager to join our team in Muscat. The candidate should have Gulf experience and a strong focus on customer service, with the ability to develop and deliver exceptional coffee and beverage experiences. Candidate should have previous experience in supervising/ managing the cafe as well as hands on experience as a Barista. Key Requirements: * Proven experience as a Barista cum Manager in the Gulf region (minimum 5 years). * Ability to develop all workings of a cafe to scale. * Skilled in preparing all espresso\-based drinks, manual brewing methods, matcha, and mocktails. * Ability to develop and train new employees as we scale. * Should be able to develop new and seasonal menu items * Ability to develop recipes for consistency. * Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to create a welcoming guest and employee experience. * Knowledge of hygiene, cleanliness, and proper beverage presentation standards. * F\&B / SCA Certifications would be preferred. * Should be comfortable to communicate in English. Arabic is a plus.
