IT solutions provider established in Oman offering ERP systems, HR \& payroll tools, cloud hosting, web development and infrastructure services for businesses. **Peniel Technology LLC** is seeking a skilled and client\-focused **Information Technology Technical Specialist** to provide on\-site and remote IT support services. The role involves installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end\-user systems, for various client environments across the UAE. **Key Responsibilities:** Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software systems. Manage and administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and user accounts. Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, LAN/WAN connections. Provide on\-site technical support and resolve system, network, and hardware issues. Perform system upgrades, backups, and security implementations. Document technical procedures, service reports, and client configurations. Deliver basic user training and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Follow IT service management processes and ticketing systems. **Required Qualifications:** Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network administration. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting techniques. Experience with backup solutions and endpoint security tools. Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or ITIL are an advantage. Valid UAE driving license (preferred for on\-site support roles). **Skills \& Competencies:** Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
