Role Overview We are seeking an accomplished **Finance Director** to lead financial strategy, oversee accounting operations, and ensure compliance with international standards. This role requires strong leadership, advanced financial expertise, and the ability to align financial management with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities * **Financial Strategy**: Define and execute financial roadmaps to support corporate growth. * **Budget Oversight**: Manage annual budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation. * **Risk Management**: Identify risks, conduct assessments, and implement mitigation plans. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to IFRS, GAAP, and regional regulatory frameworks. * **Reporting**: Deliver accurate financial statements and performance dashboards. * **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with senior management, auditors, and external partners. * **Innovation**: Introduce new financial technologies and methodologies to strengthen efficiency. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor finance professionals and foster a culture of accountability and excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CA preferred). * 12\+ years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a director\-level role. * Strong knowledge of **ERP platforms** (SAP, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics). * Expertise in risk assessment, internal controls, and corporate finance. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Proven ability to deliver financial solutions in multinational or regional environments, ideally within the GCC.
