Our Oman Division, based in Muscat, plays a critical role in overseeing operations across the GCC, ensuring excellence in service delivery, compliance, and sustainable growth. Role Overview We are seeking an accomplished **General Manager** to lead the Oman Division, oversee operations, and drive strategic initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to align regional operations with global objectives. Key Responsibilities * **Strategic Leadership**: Define and execute business strategies to achieve growth and profitability. * **Operational Oversight**: Manage day\-to\-day operations across engineering, services, and client delivery. * **Financial Management**: Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to local regulations, corporate policies, and governance frameworks. * **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and government entities. * **Innovation**: Introduce new technologies and practices to strengthen efficiency. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor managers and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). * 12\+ years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a general management role. * Strong knowledge of **regional operations** and multinational business environments. * Proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and organizational growth. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience in GCC markets preferred.
