Summary: Lead and mentor MEP engineering teams, overseeing the complete design process, ensuring multidisciplinary coordination, code compliance, technical reviews, and managing stakeholder relationships. Lead, guide, and support internal MEP engineering teams Key Responsibilities Design Leadership: Oversee the complete MEP design process, from conceptual and schematic stages through detailed design and tender packages. Multidisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate MEP layouts with architectural, structural, and civil disciplines to eliminate on\-site clashes using tools like Revit and Navisworks. Code Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with national and local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards. Technical Review: Review and approve MEP drawings, specifications, material submittals, and engineering calculations (such as HVAC load and cable sizing). Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Team Mentorship: Lead, guide, and support internal teams of MEP engineers and BIM modelers.Qualifications \& Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering. Experience: 10 to 12\+ years of relevant experience in MEP design, coordination, or project management within the construction/real estate industry. Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Navisworks, and specialized engineering calculation software. Core Competencies: Deep understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire fighting systems, and value engineering principles. Company Accommodation will be provided.
