Maintain detailed documentation and reporting QC Assistant – Ready\-Mix Concrete We are seeking a **QC Assistant** to support the quality\-control operations of our ready\-mix concrete company. **Working hours:** From **12:00 PM until completion of production and assigned QC duties**, including late evenings when required. Responsibilities * Monitor concrete quality during production. * Conduct slump, temperature, cube, moisture, sieve analysis, and other required tests. * Test raw materials including cement, aggregates, sand, water, and admixtures. * Assist with mix designs, trial mixes, and strength monitoring. * **Record and document all test results accurately.** * **Maintain laboratory records, cube registers, material\-test reports, and mix\-design documentation.** * **Prepare and submit daily QC reports to management.** * **Immediately report quality problems, failed results, material variations, low strength, segregation, bleeding, or excessive slump loss to management.** * Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. * Coordinate with plant operators, drivers, production staff, and site personnel when required. Requirements * Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Concrete Technology, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. * Minimum **2–3 years of ready\-mix concrete QC experience**. * Good knowledge of concrete testing, raw\-material testing, mix designs, documentation, and reporting. * Good English communication and report\-writing skills. * Knowledge of Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi is an advantage. * Able to work independently and report directly to management. * GCC or Oman ready\-mix experience is preferred.
