Develop and implement process improvements **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to oversee daily clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high\-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will lead clinical teams, improve operational efficiency, and support organizational goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage daily clinical operations and staff performance. * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards. * Monitor clinical performance, budgets, and operational metrics. * Develop and implement process improvements. * Coordinate with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments. * Support accreditation, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). * Registered Nurse (RN) license or other relevant clinical license preferred, where applicable. * 5\+ years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare management. * Strong leadership, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and clinical workflows. * Excellent communication and team management abilities.
