Ensure projects are delivered within budget and achieve targeted profitability Job Purpose The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of interior fit\-out projects, including quantity take\-off, cost estimation, budgeting, procurement support, subcontractor management, valuation, variations, progress claims, cost control, and final accounts. The role requires strong knowledge of interior fit\-out works, construction materials, drawings, specifications, contracts, and commercial procedures to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and achieve the targeted profitability. 2\.
