Optimize processes for efficiency and cost reduction **Production Manager** **Company:** Modern Doors **Location:** Suite 9, Sohar Port, Sohar, Oman **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Salary:** OMR 9,000 per year Job Summary Modern Doors is seeking a skilled and results\-driven Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and experience managing production teams in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities. * Ensure production schedules and output targets are met. * Monitor product quality and implement quality control procedures. * Manage and lead production staff, including training and performance evaluations. * Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. * Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and maintenance teams. * Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations. * Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities. * Prepare production reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). * Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field. * Previous experience in a production or manufacturing management role. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and operational processes. * Excellent problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
