As the industrial sector in Oman undergoes rapid digital transformation under Vision 2040, we are expanding our ERP team to optimize the operational efficiency of our industrial clients. **The Role (What you’ll lead):** * **System Optimization:** Lead the continuous improvement and customization of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or Odoo) to meet the specific needs of industrial manufacturing and supply chain operations. * **Process Mapping:** Analyze and document complex business workflows, identifying opportunities to automate manual processes in procurement, inventory management, and finance. * **Data Integrity:** Oversee system audits and data migration projects, ensuring 100% accuracy in reporting and compliance with Omani VAT and auditing standards. * **Stakeholder Bridge:** Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and department heads in Sohar’s industrial plants to translate business needs into technical specifications. * **User Support \& Training:** Lead advanced troubleshooting for system issues and conduct specialized training sessions for end\-users to maximize ERP adoption. * **Salary:** OMR 1,950 per month (All\-inclusive) **Prerequisites (The Must\-Haves):** * **Experience:** 6\+ years as an ERP Analyst or Consultant, with specific experience in **Manufacturing or Supply Chain** modules. * **Technical Proficiency:** Deep expertise in at least one major ERP platform (Oracle EBS, SAP S/4HANA, or MS Dynamics 365\).
