Engage with the Global DGF network to promote and develop the Gateway for neighboring countries and local coastal branches. Coordinate day to day operations within the Airfreight Gateway. Assist \& support ACC Manager in rate \& capacity procurement as required Join us in connecting people and improving lives! **In this CDZ Operator specialist position** * Administer customer operations plans and processes to deliver efficient logistics processes * Receive, deliver and update orders via the system for assigned orders * Perform shipping verification, pricing verification and invoice verification as well as generating and distributing customer reports * Work on exceptions/ issues assigned by other functions or directly from customer and report back on related actions * Enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up\-to\-date stock records, retrieve stored information, place/ update orders, input customer feedback and respond to enquiries such as inventory levels/ delivery schedules * Support sales team and answer queries from the sales team such as quotation, exception deal management, historical account overview, billing corrections, etc. * Respond to customer enquiries and understand customer requirements * Interact with customer service, warehouse clerks, inbound/ outbound dispatcher and cartage driver to resolve issues, ensure service quality and timelines * Establish customer contact, seek upselling opportunities and follow up on common problems * Work in line with operating standards and procedures to provide superior customer service Resolve recurring issues and suggest enhancements related to customer operations work methods focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency * **Now, here is what we need from you!** **Education Level** Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification **Experience Level** less than 2 years **We offer:** * Opportunities in a global company where you can contribute your ideas and skills to move towards our shared goals. * Possible further career development * Competitive salary **Why join DHL Global Forwarding?** We are part of Deutsche Post DHL, the world’s leading logistics provider with operations in over 220 countries.
